Student Card Usage Methods

Card Recharge:

1. Cash recharge at manual recharge points:

Liangxiang Campus: First floor of middle district student canteen

Time: Monday to Thursday, 9:00-11:30, 12:00-16:50,

Friday, system maintenance

Fucheng Campus: Card Office, 2nd Floor, East Student Canteen

Time:Monday to Thursday 8:00-12:30

2. Self-recharge: In Alipay, search for "Alipay Campus Card", add a new card, search for "BTBU", input your name and card number (student number) —that is, the name and card number on the card - then finish the recharge.

Card information inquiry:

1. Go to the nearest campus’s self-service inquiry machine and put the card on the card sensor area;

2. Input the password of campus card (initial password of campus card: the last 6 digits of your passport number) and click "Card Account" to check the card;

3. Exit and finish the check.

Tip: This operation requires the card to be placed in a designated location, and the card will be available only after the exit of the card account search.

Self-service inquiry machine installation sites:

Liangxiang Campus: the first floor of the teacher-student service center;

First floor of middle district student canteen;  

buildings 11-14 in the second phase of the dormitory area.

Fucheng Campus: the first floor of the Eastern District Cultivation Building;

the first floor of the Eastern Canteen;

the first floor of the Western Canteen.

Campus Network Connecting

Cellphone, Personal Computer and Tablet PC can connect to the campus wireless network on campus. The network SSID is BTBU-AUTO.

Off-campus or using personal network traffic, you can access campus resources and information systems after logging into the VPN.

VPN provides two ways of webpage (browser access: https://webvpn.btbu.edu.cn) and computer or cellphone terminal configuration LVPN (instructions for use: https://nic.btbu.edu.cn/yyxt/vpn/165725.htm).

Network data payment instructions:

You can select and change your network data package on demand through the "Network Billing" in the "BTBU App" or by logging in to the "Self-Service Platform (https://self.btbu.edu.cn)" on campus.

If data consumption in the package has reached the upper limit, the network can be connected but no service is available. Through the "Network Billing" in the "BTBU App" or log in the "Self Service Platform (https://self.btbu.edu.cn)" on campus, you can check and confirm your data flow and continue to use it after purchasing a data package.

BTBU APP

You need to install BTBU app, please visit https://nic.btbu.edu.cn/btbuapp/

According to mobile phone model, you can choose to code or download.

The login user name is the student ID, and the password is the same as the network authentication password.

E-mail system

Campus Email WEB version login page: https://mail.btbu.edu.cn. When students log in to the e-mail system, select the "st.btbu.edu.cn" field. It is valid until March of the next year after graduation. If overdue, it will be automatically cancelled.

Please use "student ID @st.btbu.edu.cn" when using e-mail for the first time. The initial password is the last 6 digits of the passport number. When using the e-mail, you can set custom aliases (Note that it can be set only once) and the Default Sender.

Reset e-mail password:

If you forget your e-mail password, you can visit https://mail.btbu.edu.cn and click "Forget password" to reset your password through your mobile phone verification code. If your reserved mobile phone number is changed or your mobile phone is not associated with you, so that you cannot log in to e-mail and reset your password, please contact the Information Network Center.
