陈晓明,博士,教授,博士生导师

悉尼大学博士,新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学博士后,留学期间获国家留学基金委颁发的国家优秀留学生奖学金。历任世界500IBM公司高级软件工程师、中国科学技术大学先进技术研究院副研究员、研究员,入选安徽省合肥市“百人计划”创新领军人才(副省级高层次人才引进计划),兼任Intel移动网络与计算协同创新研究院研究员。曾任国家发改委“十三五”规划“新一代信息技术产业”战略咨询报告执笔专家组成员。现任obao欧宝娱乐 计算机学院教授。

目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目合作项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目。代表性科研成果发表在IEEE TIP,IEEE TCSVT,IEEE TBC,IEEE TIM,IEEE Multimedia等国际期刊和ACM Multimedia,IEEE VR,ECCV等国际会议。

具有世界知名高校科研经历与世界500IT企业的一线软件工程经验,完成过面向IBM公司、Intel公司和韩国电子通信研究院(ETRI)等机构的技术转化。除科学研究与工程工作外,曾在悉尼大学商学院进修商业信息系统课程。
